Cougar Town- Meow

Last night's episode of Cougar Town was really funny. I love watching it right before work, it makes me in a happy mood. Courtney Cox (Friends), producer and actress in the show, is pretty good ! She was nominated for her performance in this tv show for the Best Actress in a TV series at The Golden Globe 2010.

She plays Jules Cobb, a recently divorced single mom, who lives with her son Travis Cobb (Dan Byrd, Cinderella Story) in Florida. Her neighbor, Grayson Ellis (Josh Hopkins) is so cute, I want him to be my neighbor. They call him "small eyes" in the show because yes, he does have small eyes, it is part of his .. charm.

Since the beginning of the season in September 2009, they both have been eyeing each other and finally in last night's episode Letting you go, after Jules's feeling a bit lonely, they finally kiss!!! Man was I happy (and jealous!) !

Glee- Soup of Cliches

Yesterday's episode of Glee, Season 1 Ep. 16 Home, was very disappointing.

It starts with the Sue Sylvester, played by the amazing Jane Lynch, demanding a loss of 10 pounds from new cheerleader Mercedes Jones, played by Amber Riley. Mercedes, an overweight African American cheerleader and member of the Glee club feels pressured to lose weight in order to fit in and she feels that she is staring to lose herself, blah blah blah. We've seen this scenario already. NEXT.

Now we have Finn Hudson (Corey Monteith) who feels like his mom is moving on too fast after his dad's death (which was 16 years ago). He then allies himself with Kurt Hummel (Chris Colfer), son of the mom's new boyfriend, to break them up. NEXT

April Rhodes (Kristen Chenoweth) who still is struggling with her alcohol addiction. Hot blond Bimbo sleeping with a billionaire, gives him an ultimatum, and BOOM he dies of a stroke. CHI CHING.

All the songs were super dramatic, not uplifting at all. Isn't Glee supposed to give us chills?
